1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Website, Applications, AP MIRROR, Events, Merchandise-related interactions, Subscription Services, communications, customer support, event participation, outreach interactions, payment-related processes, account-based Services, and any other interaction reasonably connected with the Services.
1.3 By accessing, registering for, interacting with, subscribing to, participating in, purchasing from, communicating with, or otherwise using the Services, Users acknowledge that information may be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable Terms of Service, Service-Specific Terms, and applicable law.

1.6 If You do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any applicable Service-Specific Terms relating to privacy, data handling, or communications, You should discontinue use of the affected Services.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Depending on the nature of the Services used, Advait Wellness may collect, receive, generate, or otherwise process different categories of information relating to Users.
2.2 Information You may provide directly may include:
- name, username, contact number, email address, login credentials, profile information, account details, or other registration-related information;

2.3 Information automatically collected or generated through use of the Services may include:
- device-related information, browser information, application usage information, crash reports, diagnostic information, device identifiers, internet protocol (IP) information, timestamps, access logs, or technical usage information;
- cookies, analytics information, behavioural or engagement-related information, browsing patterns, interaction history, usage preferences, session information, or application activity;
- information relating to account access, communication activity, service usage, event participation, subscriptions, content interaction, or engagement with educational or reflective materials; and
- information generated in connection with security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, platform administration, operational continuity, legal compliance, or service integrity purposes.
2.4 Certain information may also be received from payment processors, communication providers, event platforms, analytics providers, application marketplaces, service providers, or other authorised third parties in connection with operation of the Services.
2.5 Users are requested not to share information that is unnecessary, excessively sensitive, confidential, unlawful, or belonging to third parties without appropriate authority or lawful basis.

3.1 Advait Wellness may collect information through various methods depending on the nature of the Services used and the manner of interaction with the Services.
3.2 Information may be collected when Users:
- register for, access, subscribe to, purchase, participate in, or otherwise use the Services;
- create accounts, submit login credentials, complete forms, provide profile or registration details, or communicate with Advait Wellness;
- interact with AP MIRROR, submit prompts, questions, reflections, responses, or engagement inputs, or otherwise use AI-assisted or account-based features;
- register for or participate in Events, educational offerings, community interactions, outreach initiatives, surveys, or support processes;
- purchase Merchandise, subscriptions, tickets, educational materials, or other offerings made available through the Services;
- contact Advait Wellness for support, grievance redressal, troubleshooting, feedback, complaints, account assistance, or service-related communications;
- interact with emails, messaging platforms, communication systems, website features, applications, advertisements, notifications, or educational content; or
- otherwise engage with the Services, associated technologies, or authorised third-party systems connected with operation of the Services.
3.3 Certain information may additionally be collected automatically through cookies, analytics technologies, device interactions, application usage, account activity, technical logs, communication systems, or other operational and security-related technologies used in connection with the Services.
3.4 Advait Wellness may also receive certain information from authorised service providers, payment processors, analytics providers, communication partners, event-related platforms, application marketplaces, or other third parties reasonably connected with operation of the Services.
PURPOSES FOR WHICH INFORMATION IS USED
4.1 Advait Wellness may use, process, analyse, retain, or otherwise handle information for purposes reasonably connected with operation of the Services and applicable law.
4.1A Personal Data shall be processed only to the extent reasonably necessary for the specific purposes described in this Privacy Policy or otherwise permitted or required under applicable law. Advait Wellness shall not process Personal Data for purposes incompatible with those for which it was collected except where permitted by applicable law or with any additional consent required under applicable law.
4.2 Information may be used for purposes including:
- creation, administration, authentication, operation, maintenance, and management of accounts, registrations, subscriptions, purchases, access credentials, and Service-related functionality;
- provision, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, improvement, administration, personalisation, continuity, or enhancement of the Services, including AP MIRROR, Events, educational offerings, Merchandise-related interactions, Subscription Services, and application-based features;
- responding to prompts, interactions, queries, reflections, requests, or engagement submitted through AP MIRROR or other Service-related interfaces;
- facilitating educational, reflective, philosophical, informational, or community-oriented engagement associated with the Services;
- processing event registrations, participation records, attendance-related administration, scheduling, reminders, logistics, event communications, recordings, or related coordination;
- processing purchases, subscriptions, billing-related matters, refunds, cancellations, order management, delivery coordination, payment-related support, or transaction-related administration;
- communicating with Users regarding accounts, subscriptions, purchases, Events, AP MIRROR, educational offerings, service updates, support matters, grievance handling, troubleshooting, notices, reminders, technical issues, or operational matters;
- facilitating educational, informational, outreach-related, reflective, service-related, or community engagement communications, including communications intended to support continued engagement with Services, Events, teachings, educational resources, offerings, or related initiatives, subject to applicable law and available opt-out mechanisms;
- conducting analytics, troubleshooting, diagnostics, quality review, operational improvement, service optimisation, platform administration, fraud prevention, technical monitoring, safety-related review, complaint resolution, legal compliance, security management, or operational continuity;
- complying with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, law enforcement requests, dispute resolution, grievance redressal, contractual obligations, or protection of rights, safety, security, or lawful interests; and
- such other purposes as may be reasonably connected with operation, administration, protection, continuity, or improvement of the Services.
4.3 Advait Wellness may also use aggregated, anonymised, de-identified, or statistical information for analytics, operational improvement, educational understanding, platform administration, service quality enhancement, or related lawful purposes, provided such information does not reasonably identify an individual User.
4.4 Nothing in this Section shall be construed as limiting processing otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.
AP MIRROR – AI INTERACTIONS, ENGAGEMENT, AND PROCESSING
5.1 AP MIRROR is an AI-assisted philosophical, reflective, and educational interaction service intended to facilitate engagement substantially aligned with Acharya Prashant’s teachings and related educational or reflective objectives associated with the Services.
5.2 In connection with use of AP MIRROR, Advait Wellness may collect, receive, process, retain, analyse, store, or otherwise handle information including prompts, questions, reflections, interactions, engagement history, usage-related information, account information, communication information, behavioural or interaction-related information, and associated service records.
5.3 Information relating to AP MIRROR may be processed for purposes including operation of the service, generation of responses, continuity of user interactions, troubleshooting, quality improvement, complaint handling, technical review, service administration, operational continuity, platform integrity, educational engagement, outreach-related purposes, fraud prevention, safety-related concerns, legal compliance, or other purposes reasonably connected with operation and improvement of the Services.
5.4 Users acknowledge and understand that AP MIRROR responses are generated through AI-assisted systems and that interactions may be processed using authorised third-party technologies, infrastructure, analytics systems, hosting systems, communication systems, or service providers reasonably connected with operation of the Services, including providers that may process information outside India, subject to applicable law and reasonable safeguards.
5.5 Certain interactions, technical issues, complaints, safety-related concerns, or service-related matters may, where reasonably necessary, be reviewed on a limited and need-to-know basis by authorised personnel for troubleshooting, complaint resolution, technical investigation, legal compliance, platform integrity, operational continuity, or service improvement purposes.
5.6 Engagement with AP MIRROR, including registration, interaction history, engagement activity, or account-based participation, may in certain cases result in educational, reflective, informational, outreach-related, service-related, or community engagement communications associated with the Services, subject to applicable law and available opt-out mechanisms.
5.7 AP MIRROR is intended as a reflective and educational interface and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, emergency, or other specialised advice, intervention, or assistance. Users are encouraged to independently exercise judgment and seek appropriate professional assistance where reasonably necessary.
5.8 Users may request deletion of account-related or AP MIRROR-related information, subject to applicable law, operational feasibility, technical limitations, legal retention obligations, dispute resolution requirements, fraud prevention considerations, or other legitimate operational or legal requirements.
EVENTS, PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO RECORDINGS, AND PARTICIPATION DATA
6.1 Participation in Events, educational sessions, workshops, gatherings, retreats, discussions, recordings, livestreams, community interactions, or other event-based Services may involve collection or processing of information relating to registration, attendance, participation, communications, scheduling, logistics, support, safety-related matters, or other information reasonably connected with operation of such Events.
6.2 Advait Wellness may collect or process information relating to Event registrations, attendance records, participation details, contact information, event-related communications, support requests, feedback, recordings, photographs, videos, or other event-related interactions.
6.3 Users acknowledge and understand that Events may be photographed, audio recorded, video recorded, livestreamed, documented, archived, or otherwise captured for educational, reflective, documentation, archival, operational, informational, outreach-related, community engagement, or promotional purposes associated with the Services.
6.4 By participating in Events, Users acknowledge that their image, voice, participation, likeness, interactions, comments, or other event-related presence may incidentally or intentionally appear in photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, livestreams, educational material, event recap material, social media content, archives, documentation, communications, or related materials associated with Advait Wellness.
6.5 Users who do not wish to be reasonably identifiable in certain Event-related recordings or materials may contact Advait Wellness to request reasonable accommodations, including, where operationally feasible and reasonably appropriate, non-identification measures, limited visibility arrangements, or blurring-related requests. Advait Wellness does not guarantee anonymity, exclusion from recordings, or implementation of any requested accommodation in all circumstances.
6.6 Advait Wellness may retain, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, communicate, display, archive, or otherwise use Event-related recordings, photographs, videos, livestreams, or documentation for purposes reasonably connected with operation, documentation, educational engagement, community engagement, reflective content, outreach-related purposes, historical recordkeeping, or promotion of the Services, subject to applicable law.
COOKIES, ANALYTICS, DEVICE DATA, AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
7.1 Advait Wellness may use cookies, analytics technologies, software development kits (SDKs), diagnostic systems, log files, device information, tracking technologies, or similar technical mechanisms in connection with operation, administration, maintenance, security, improvement, and continuity of the Services.
7.2 Such technologies may collect or generate information relating to device identifiers, browser type, application usage, operating system, internet protocol (IP) information, timestamps, crash reports, diagnostics information, access logs, browsing patterns, interaction history, usage activity, session information, device characteristics, or other technical or operational information reasonably connected with use of the Services.
7.3 Information collected through cookies, analytics systems, technical logs, or device-related technologies may be used for purposes including authentication, account management, security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, diagnostics, performance monitoring, platform administration, service optimisation, analytics, operational continuity, educational engagement analysis, or improvement of the Services.

Users may, depending on device, browser, or application settings, choose to disable certain cookies or technical permissions; however, doing so may affect availability, performance, functionality, or user experience of portions of the Services.

COMMUNICATIONS, OUTREACH, AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
8.1 Information collected through the Services may be used to facilitate service-related communications, educational communications, outreach communications, Event-related communications, community engagement communications, support communications, and other communications reasonably connected with the Services by Advait Wellness and/or, where applicable, PrashantAdvait Foundation.
8.2 Communications may include account-related messages, authentication requests, service updates, security notifications, billing communications, event-related information, subscription-related communications, educational content, reflective material, AP MIRROR-related communications, reminders, grievance responses, support communications, outreach interactions, community engagement communications, operational notices, or other communications reasonably connected with the Services.
8.3 Communications may be made through email, telephone calls, SMS, messaging platforms, applications, websites, push notifications, communication interfaces, or other reasonable communication methods associated with the Services.
8.4 Users acknowledge and understand that engagement with certain Services, including AP MIRROR, Events, educational offerings, Subscription Services, application-based Services, or account-based interactions, may in certain cases result in educational, informational, reflective, outreach-related, service-related, or community engagement communications intended to facilitate continued engagement with Services, Events, educational resources, offerings, teachings, or related initiatives.
8.5 Certain communications, including account-related messages, security notifications, authentication communications, billing communications, legal notices, grievance responses, operational notices, service updates, or transactional communications may be necessary for operation of the Services and may continue notwithstanding communication preferences or opt-out requests, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
8.6 Users may opt out of non-essential, outreach-related, promotional, or community engagement communications through available communication preferences, unsubscribe mechanisms, account settings, support requests, or other reasonable mechanisms made available by Advait Wellness, subject to applicable law and operational limitations.
8.7 Advait Wellness shall take reasonable steps to respect communication preferences and opt-out requests; however, processing timelines, technical limitations, legal requirements, fraud prevention, operational continuity, or Service-related requirements may affect implementation in certain circumstances.
PAYMENT PROCESSING AND THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROVIDERS
9.1 Certain Services, including Merchandise purchases, Event registrations, Subscription Services, application-based purchases, or other paid offerings, may require payment through authorised third-party payment processors, gateways, banks, financial institutions, marketplaces, or payment service providers.
9.2 Advait Wellness may receive or process limited payment-related information reasonably necessary for transaction administration, payment confirmation, billing support, refunds, reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance, or operational purposes connected with the Services.
9.3 Payment credentials, card information, banking details, payment instrument information, or similar sensitive payment-related information may be processed directly by authorised third-party payment processors or payment service providers in accordance with their applicable terms, privacy policies, and security practices. Advait Wellness does not ordinarily store complete card details, payment instrument credentials, or equivalent sensitive payment authentication information.
9.4 Users acknowledge and understand that payment processing may be subject to additional terms, billing rules, verification mechanisms, transaction review processes, fraud prevention measures, banking procedures, platform requirements, or policies of third-party payment providers.
9.5 Advait Wellness shall not be liable for payment delays, failed transactions, unauthorised payment issues, banking restrictions, payment gateway interruptions, technical failures, charge processing issues, fraud-related restrictions, or other payment-related disruptions arising from third-party systems or circumstances reasonably beyond its control, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
9.6 Payment-related information may be retained to the extent reasonably necessary for billing support, accounting, reconciliation, audit, refunds, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, taxation, or operational continuity purposes, subject to applicable law.
SHARING OF INFORMATION, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING
10.1 Advait Wellness may share, disclose, transfer, provide access to, or otherwise permit processing of information with authorised service providers, processors, vendors, partners, contractors, technology providers, or third parties reasonably necessary for operation, administration, continuity, improvement, security, or lawful functioning of the Services.
10.2 Such service providers or authorised third parties may include payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, cloud service providers, communication providers, customer support systems, AI-assisted systems, application marketplaces, event-related partners, logistics providers, technical infrastructure providers, fraud prevention systems, professional advisors, legal or compliance support providers, or other authorised service providers reasonably connected with the Services.
10.3 Information may be shared or processed for purposes including operation of AP MIRROR, account administration, service delivery, payment administration, Event coordination, Subscription Services, Merchandise fulfilment, troubleshooting, technical support, diagnostics, outreach-related communications, analytics, platform administration, quality improvement, fraud prevention, grievance handling, legal compliance, security, operational continuity, or other purposes reasonably connected with operation of the Services.
10.4 Information may, where reasonably necessary in connection with operation of the Services, Events, AP MIRROR, Subscription Services, educational initiatives, outreach activities, support functions, community engagement activities, or related offerings, be shared between Advait Wellness and PrashantAdvait Foundation, subject to applicable law and this Privacy Policy.
10.5 Certain service providers, technology systems, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics systems, AI-assisted technologies, or authorised processors may process information outside India or through systems that involve cross-border processing, storage, access, or transfer, subject to applicable law and reasonable safeguards.
10.6 Advait Wellness may also disclose or share information where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, regulatory obligations, court orders, law enforcement requests, grievance resolution, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety-related concerns, protection of lawful rights or interests, enforcement of policies, or prevention of misuse, unlawful activity, or harm.
10.7 Advait Wellness does not sell personal information to unrelated third parties for independent commercial exploitation. However, information may be shared or processed as reasonably necessary in connection with operation, administration, continuity, improvement, or lawful functioning of the Services in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10.8 Advait Wellness shall take reasonable steps to engage service providers or authorised processors subject to appropriate contractual, technical, organisational, or operational safeguards, where reasonably applicable.
RETENTION OF INFORMATION
11.1 Advait Wellness may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, continuity, administration, support, security, troubleshooting, improvement, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, grievance handling, enforcement of policies, educational engagement, outreach-related purposes, or other legitimate operational purposes connected with the Services.
11.2 Information relating to accounts, AP MIRROR interactions, Event participation, Subscription Services, Merchandise-related interactions, communications, payment-related administration, grievance handling, technical records, analytics, logs, or support-related matters may be retained for varying periods depending on the nature of the information, operational requirements, technical systems, applicable law, legal obligations, contractual requirements, security considerations, dispute resolution needs, or legitimate operational purposes.
11.2A Advait Wellness shall delete, erase, anonymise, or otherwise cease retaining Personal Data when retention is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which such Personal Data was processed, unless continued retention is required or permitted under applicable law, regulatory requirements, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, contractual obligations, or other legitimate operational purposes.
11.3 Users may request deletion, correction, removal, or closure of certain account-related or Service-related information through available support, grievance, privacy, or contact mechanisms, subject to applicable law, technical feasibility, verification requirements, fraud prevention, security considerations, legal obligations, dispute resolution requirements, operational continuity, or other legitimate requirements reasonably connected with operation of the Services.
11.4 Deletion requests may not result in immediate, complete, or irreversible deletion in all circumstances, and certain information may continue to be retained in backups, logs, archives, technical systems, dispute-related records, fraud prevention systems, legal records, security systems, or other operational systems for periods reasonably necessary or required under applicable law.
11.5 Advait Wellness may retain aggregated, anonymised, de-identified, or statistical information for analytics, service improvement, operational continuity, educational understanding, security, quality enhancement, or lawful operational purposes, provided such information does not reasonably identify an individual User.
USER RIGHTS, ACCESS, CORRECTION, DELETION, AND OPT-OUTS
12.1 Subject to applicable law, technical feasibility, identity verification requirements, operational limitations, fraud prevention considerations, security concerns, legal obligations, or legitimate operational requirements, Users may request access to, correction of, updating of, deletion of, or restriction relating to certain information associated with their use of the Services.
12.2 Users may request correction or updating of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or account-related information reasonably capable of being updated or corrected in connection with the Services.
12.3 Users may request deletion, closure, or removal of certain account-related or Service-related information, including information associated with AP MIRROR or account-based Services, through available support, grievance, privacy, or contact mechanisms, subject to applicable law, technical limitations, dispute resolution requirements, fraud prevention considerations, security requirements, legal retention obligations, or legitimate operational purposes.
12.4 Users may withdraw consent, object to certain categories of processing, or opt out of certain non-essential communications, outreach-related communications, educational engagement communications, promotional communications, or community engagement communications, to the extent operationally available, legally permissible, and reasonably capable of implementation. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing undertaken prior to such withdrawal or any processing otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.
12.5 Opting out of non-essential communications shall not prevent Advait Wellness from sending account-related messages, authentication communications, billing-related communications, grievance responses, legal notices, security notifications, subscription notices, service updates, or other operational or transactional communications reasonably necessary for operation of the Services.
12.6 Requests made under this Section may be subject to identity verification, reasonable processing timelines, technical limitations, dispute resolution requirements, legal obligations, fraud prevention measures, or security considerations reasonably necessary for lawful and secure operation of the Services.
12.7 Nothing in this Section shall limit any rights, remedies, protections, or requests mandatorily available to Users under applicable law.
SECURITY AND REASONABLE SAFEGUARDS
13.1 Advait Wellness takes reasonable technical, organisational, operational, and administrative measures intended to help protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, destruction, compromise, or other unauthorised processing, having regard to the nature of the Services, operational requirements, available technology, and applicable law.
13.2 Such measures may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, limited internal access, security monitoring, technical safeguards, service provider controls, operational protocols, platform integrity measures, troubleshooting safeguards, fraud prevention mechanisms, or other reasonable measures appropriate to operation of the Services.
13.3 Access to certain information may be limited to authorised personnel, service providers, processors, or technical systems on a limited, role-based, need-to-know, or operationally necessary basis.
13.4 While Advait Wellness takes reasonable steps intended to support security and protection of information, no digital platform, application, communication system, database, transmission method, cloud system, payment system, storage environment, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from unauthorised access, cyber incidents, technical compromise, or operational failures.
13.5 Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials, authentication methods, devices, passwords, and access-related information and for taking reasonable precautions to secure their own accounts, devices, communications, and information.
13.6 In the event of any actual, suspected, or reasonably identified security concern, compromise, unauthorised activity, fraud-related issue, or platform integrity concern, Advait Wellness may take measures reasonably necessary to investigate, restrict access, mitigate risk, preserve platform integrity, maintain operational continuity, comply with legal obligations, or protect Users and the Services, subject to applicable law. In the event of a Personal Data breach, Advait Wellness may take such measures, including notification to affected individuals or competent authorities, where required under applicable law.
CHILDREN AND MINORS
14.1 The Services are not specifically directed toward or designed exclusively for children or minors and are intended to be used in accordance with applicable law and the Terms of Service.
14.2 Minors may access or use certain Services only under the supervision, involvement, guidance, or consent of a parent or lawful guardian, in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
14.3 Where reasonably necessary or appropriate, Advait Wellness may request parental, guardian, account, registration, consent, verification, or supervisory information in connection with access to certain Services involving minors.
14.4 Parents or lawful guardians are encouraged to supervise use of the Services by minors, including interactions involving AP MIRROR, Events, Subscription Services, educational content, account-based Services, or community interactions.
14.5 If Advait Wellness reasonably becomes aware that information has been submitted or processed in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, consent requirements, supervisory expectations, or this Privacy Policy, Advait Wellness reserves the right to take reasonable measures, including restriction, suspension, deletion, correction, limitation of access, or other appropriate action, subject to applicable law.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
15.1 Advait Wellness reserves the right to modify, amend, update, supplement, revise, replace, or otherwise change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal requirements, regulatory developments, technological changes, operational requirements, platform developments, service improvements, security considerations, organisational needs, or other purposes reasonably connected with operation of the Services.
